NeoFinity endeavors to dispatch the product to the customer within 3 to 4 working days from the date of the order confirmation. This timeline is an estimate and is provided on a best-effort basis. Actual delivery times may vary based on location, logistics, and other external factors beyond NeoFinity's control.

Geographical Coverage

Expedited shipping services are limited to specific geographical locations ("Select Locations") where our logistics partners have established expedited delivery capabilities. Orders placed from locations outside the Select Locations may be subject to the standard delivery schedules of our logistics partners.

Logistics Partners

NeoFinity has entered into agreements with third-party courier services ("Courier Partners") to facilitate the delivery of products. These Courier Partners are chosen based on their track record of reliability and geographic reach. NeoFinity is not liable for any acts or omissions of such Courier Partners, including but not limited to delays in delivery.
